Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F
- 2
Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, carrots, raisins, pecans, coconut and apples, stirr well
- 3
Combine in a small bowl, eggs, oil and vanilla, stir week and add to dry ingrediants.

Stir until moistened. Spoon batter into greased muffin pan
- 5
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
