  2. 1/2 spoonDhaniya powder
  3. 1/2 spoonJira powder
  4. 1/2 spoonGaram masala

  8. 1Tamatar kata huwa Small size
  9. 1 spoonGinger garlic paste
  10. 1 tblspoon oil
  11. Hari dhaniya ki pattiyan

Steps

  1. 1

    Rajma ko raat bhar ke liye Pani mein bhiga dijiye aur jab rajma fool Jaye toh isse cooker mein cite laga Kar adhe ghantey ke liye dhimi aanch par boil kijiye.

    Ab ek karahi mein tel garam kijiye aur Kate huye pyaz ko sunhara hone Tak fry kijiye.

    Jab pyaz fru ho Jaye toh ismein garam masala, dhaniya powder, haldi powder, jira powder, mirch powder, namak aur ginger garlic paste daliye aur achchi tarah bhuniye.

    Masalon ko 3 minutes Tak bhunane ke baad usmein tamater daal dijiye aur achchi tarah bhuniye jab Tak masala tell na chod de.

  5. 5

    Jab masala tell chodne lage toh rajma ko uske uble huye Pani ke sath masale mein daal dijiye aur isse gadha hone Tak pakaiye, takya rajma ko dhaniya powder se garnish kijiye.
