Beetroot leaves and spinach
My mother taught me this recipe.

Preparation time for cleaning the leaves will be 25 minutes

After cleaning and rinsing the leaves of beetroot and spinach then finely chop them all.

In your pot drizzle cooking oil then finely chop the onion and after that pour it in the pot to cook.

Stir and crumble the chicken stock

Stir and pour your leaves and cover the pot just for few minutes.

Stir and now cook it without covering to let the water to simmer down

Your beetroot leaves and spinach is easy and ready to be served with any meal.
