Ingredients

  • 200g- chopped cabbage
  • 100 g- greated carrot
  • 1/2 cup- cornflour
  • 1/2 cup- maida
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tablespoon- Soya sauce
  • 1 tablespoon- chilli sauce
  • 1/2 cup- tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup- chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup- chopped Capcicum
  • 6-8 piecesgarlic cloves chopped
  • Oil for frying and cooking

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all take a bowl add chopped cabbage, greated carrot, cornflour, maida green chili and salt

  2. 2

    Mix well and take some water for thickness

  3. 3

    Make small balls like chilli shape

  4. 4

    Heat oil for frying

  5. 5

    Then fry all balls till golden brown

  6. 6

    Remove it from the gas

  7. 7

    Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a kadai

  8. 8

    Add chopped garlic, chopped onion and fry for 5 minutes

  9. 9

    Then add chopped capcicum and fry for 2 minutes

  10. 10

    Then add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and salt

  11. 11

    Mix well and let them boil

  12. 12

    When gravy is boiled then add fried balls and cook for 2 minutes

  13. 13

    Remove from the gas.

  14. 14

    Serve it in a serving plate

  15. 15

    Enjoy hot.
