4salmon fillets
2 clovegarlic crushed
1 tbspwhite wine
1 tbsphoney
85 mlbalsamic vinegar
2 tbspwholegrain mustard
1 tsporegano

fry garlic and add wine, honey, balsamic vinegar and mustard, season well
2

simmer for 3 mins until thickens then add oregano
3

brush salmon with glaze and grill 10-15 mins adding more glaze occasionally
