Ingredients

7 serving
  • 4cups
  • 1cksp fried rice spice
  • 2Knorr seasoning
  • Salt
  • 1big tin corn
  • 2 handfulgreen peas
  • 2Onion
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1cksp Curry
  • 1 teaspoonThyme
  • 1/2 teaspooncamerooun pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil the rice for 15minutes,wash and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Heat up a dry pot and pour in vegetable oil.

  3. 3

    Slice in onion,salt,curry,thyme,fried rice spice and 1/2 cup of water.after 2minutes

  4. 4

    Pour in the rice,stir and boil till the water dry.

  5. 5

    Open the tin of corn drain the water and pour inside the rice.

  6. 6

    Pour in the green peas as well.stir with a wooden spoon and heat for 2minutes with the heat reduced.

  7. 7

    The rice is ready.
