BASE: Cream butter and sugar

Mix in flour, ginger and baking powder

Knead in bowl with hands for 1 minute

Press into base of rectangle glass baking dish

Bake at 190o for 20-25 mins or until light brown

Let cool on bench and make icing

ICING: Put all ingredients into saucepan

Melt together stirring constantly until butter is mixed in

Pour over base and cut before it gets cold (will set like concrete!)

Put in fridge, eat and enjoy!
