Ingredients

  • 1 pcssmall coconut (freshly grated)
  • 4 tbsproaated chana dal
  • 2green chillis
  • as requiredWater
  • 1 tspOil
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 tspurad dal
  • 4-5curry leaves
  • Dry red chillies
  • as your tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspcoriander leaves (you can add more if you want)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a grinder add the grated coconut, roasted chana dal...and some water and coriander leaves and grind it to a smooth paste

  2. 2

    Take it out in a bowl and add salt and mix it

  3. 3

    To temper it In a pan add oil mustard seeds and urad dal

  4. 4

    Till the dal becomes pink add curry leaves and and dry red chillies then pour it on the coconut chutney
