Steps

Take pan. Add oil then add rai jeera, whole dry coriander seed, methi and hing, dry red chilli.

Add cuted tomato. Cook it on low flam for 15 min.

When tomato became soft then add gud,sugar,kaju, kishmish, Makhana, salt as per your taste.

Cook it again for 10 min.

Serve it with poori, paratha or stuffed partha.
