Remove peels of boiled potatoes. Break into small pieces with your fingers.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add hing, jeera. Saute it. Add chopped tomatoes, green chillies. Saute until tomatoes cooked. Mash tomatoes.

Add all spices (seasonings). Saute all. Add potatoes pieces. Mix all. Add 1 glass water. Mash some pieces of potatoes so that it's gravy thickens.

Let it boil. Cook it for 4-5 minutes. Garnish coriander leaves.

Make puri especially.

Serve hot with puri.
