Steps

Heat ghee or oil in a kadai

Add cinnamon, clove, green cardamon and sauté for 1/2 min

Add onion and sauté till golden brown

Add garlic ginger paste and saute it for 2-3 minutes

Dissolve all the powdered masala into a bowl & add to the kadhai

Stir it for sometime & cook untill fat leaves

Add chicken pieces seasoned it cover it & cook for 5 min

Add a cup of water cover it again and simmer it till the chicken is fully cooked

Sprinkle garam masala and garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot
