Ingredients

  1. 5large potatoes
  2. 2 tspbutter
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/2 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and peel the potatoes

  2. 2

    Bring to boil until they are well cooked

  3. 3

    Drain unnecessary water,then add the butter, milk and salt.

  4. 4

    Mash until is very smooth, serve with either beef stew or chicken stew.
