Ingredients

  • 1 bunchcilantro
  • 1 bunchfresh thyme
  • 4tomatoes
  • 3cucumbers
  • 1medium onion
  • 1 cupwhite cabbage
  • 1 cupred cabbage
  • 1/2 cupchopped mint
  • 5lettuce leaves
  • 7 tablespoonspomegranate molasses
  • 7 tablespoonsolive oil
  • salt
  • fried bread to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the cilantro, lettuce, red and white cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, and mint. Tear the thyme leaves and add to the other vegetables.

  2. 2

    Mix the olive oil, pomegranate molasses, and salt. Pour the dressing over the vegetables, mix well, and garnish with fried bread. Enjoy!
