Ingredients

  • 4 pcsBread
  • 1-2potato boiled & grated
  • 1/4cauliflower grated
  • 1/4cabbage grated
  • 1carrot grated
  • 1/2 cuppaneer mashed
  • 1/2 cupnoodles boiled
  • to tastesalt
  • to tastered chilli powder
  • 1green mirch
  • to tasteblack pepper
  • 1/2 cupcoriander leaves
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • as neededsuji for coating
  • as neededoil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix milk and water & keep aside.

  2. 2

    Mix potato, cauliflower, cabbage, paneer, carrot, salt, red chilli powder, green mirch, black pepper, coriander leaves.

  3. 3

    Take bread pc and dip in milk water mixture. press it with hands so that extra water drains away. fill in the mixture and noodles and cover with another bread pc.

  4. 4

    Coat it with suji and then deep fry in hot oil.

  5. 5

    Serve hot.
