Mix milk and water & keep aside.

Mix potato, cauliflower, cabbage, paneer, carrot, salt, red chilli powder, green mirch, black pepper, coriander leaves.

Take bread pc and dip in milk water mixture. press it with hands so that extra water drains away. fill in the mixture and noodles and cover with another bread pc.

Coat it with suji and then deep fry in hot oil.

Serve hot.
