Add rice in a clean sufuria and put tumeric powder and sait then start to cook

When the rice is ready put in a warm place till service time

When preparing the beef stew...put the diced Onions in a sufuria with the cooking oil

Cover for some few minutes and add the beef cubes

Add the vegetables on top of the beef

After some 15 minutes add the potatoes (desire cut)

Add the species,salt and little water to cook

Add the Dania and serve with the tumeric rice
