Steps

Wash the goat meat with iron sponge and boil it with a pressure pot for 45minutes.

Pour back into a normal pot and spice it up with onion,knorr seasoning and salt just for 10minutes.

Cut the okro and onion mix both together and keep.

Water and palmoil inside the meat and cook for 5minutes.

Blend the crayfish together with fresh pepper and put un the meat.with salt and knorr seasoning.

Then pour in the okro and turn very well.here comes delicious soup.
