Take radish, carrot, gobhi florets, green chilli remove stalk, dried and peeled ginger wash it and pat dry.

Cut all vegitable length wise and steam all vegetables for 5 min.

Cool down veggies and mix all above masalas well and oil then store in a container and can be consumed in fifteen days.

Serve with chapati or stuff parathas.
