Ingredients

  1. 4 largeChicken breast
  2. 1 canEl Pato Mexican Tomato Sauce
  3. 1 cupSour cream
  4. 1 smallcan sliced mushrooms
  5. 1El pollo chicken seasoning or a seasoning of your choice
  6. 1 largeOnions (coarsely chopped)
  7. 1 canCream of chicken soup

  1. 1

    Season chicken breast with El polo seasoning. Brown chicken in hot oil.

  2. 2

    Saute mushrooms and onions in 1 cube butter. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Mix soup, sour cream, an el pato sauce in bowl to combine ingrediants.

  4. 4

    Dip browned chicken breast in sauce and place in baking pan.

  5. 5

    Pour mushrooms and onions over chicken and cover with remaining sauce on top.

  6. 6

    Cover and bake in oven 60 minutes at 350°F. or until chicken is cooked.

  7. 7

    Serve over white rice.
