Heat medium frying pan on stove burner. Place bread in toastet.

Using margerine or butter coat bottom of pan by allowining it to melt and moving pan around.

Add 2 eggs into pan (up to 4 can be added at once). Pour in water a bit of water and place lid on pan

Cook on medium heat until yoke starts to turn pink. Butter toast and cut vertically into 4 slices (fingers).
