  • 1 quart (1 liter)concentrated tiger nut horchata
  • 1 quart (1 liter)cold water
  • Fartons (sweet Spanish pastries for dipping)
  • 1 glasspitcher
  • 1measuring cup
  • 1tall glass
  • 1 spoonfor stirring
  • Straws

    Preparation
    To make this homemade concentrated tiger nut horchata, remember that it’s an authentic, artisan-style horchata, but in a concentrated form.

    Follow these steps to prepare delicious horchata: First, make sure you have 1 quart (1 liter) of very cold water ready.

    Use a measuring cup to measure 1 cup (250 ml) of concentrated horchata and pour it into a glass pitcher. Then add 1 quart (1 liter) of very cold water. Stir well until the concentrate is fully dissolved.

    With 1 quart (1 liter) of concentrated tiger nut horchata, you can make up to 5 quarts (5 liters) of horchata. Store the horchata in the refrigerator and follow any instructions on the bottle of concentrated horchata.

    Once the horchata is well mixed and dissolved in the water, pour it into a tall glass and enjoy it with some delicious fartons.
