1 tspChili powder
1/4 tspCinnamon
1 pinchof cayenne pepper
1/2 tspMinced garlic
1 1/4 lbTop sirloin steak
1Tortillas
Salsa
2 cupFine chopped and peeled cucumber
1/2 cupDiced avocado
1/2 cupCherry tomatoes cut into fourths
1/3 cupChopped red onion
2 tbspLime juice

A nice colorful dish perfect for a cookout or picnic meal. Served best with cheese, avocados add a creamy bite but if desired may top with sour cream.

Rub steak with a mix of chili, cinnamon, garlic, and a pinch of salt.

Grill or pan fry steak untill done, cut into thin strips.

Combine all salsa ingredients, make your yummy tacos and serve. Enjoy :)
