Toss garlic, pepper, oregano, oil, garlic salt, parsley, mushrooms, and scallions.

Make a foil packet and brush tilapia fillets on both sides with oil.

Place tilapia fillets in the foil packet and place the topping mix on each fillet.

Grill twelve minutes on medium high heat.

Slice open foil packets and poke holes in the bottom of foil packet to drain excess oil.

Top with tomatoes and mozzarella and grill for four more minutes or until mozzarella is melted.
