First heat oil in a kadai

Add 2 tablespoon oil & heat it

Then add Ginger garlic paste and cook it for 2 minutes

Add chopped onion and cook it for 5 minutes

Then add carrot and cook it for 2 minutes

Then add chopped cabbage and cook it for 5 minutes

Don't over cook

It should be crunchy

Then add salt to taste

Remove it from the gas

Now make dough for momos

Take a bowl and add maida, refine oil and salt and make soft dough

Take a small part of dough and roll it very thin and small

Now take small quantity of veg stuffing and stuff it

Shape it as your wish in any shape and cover it

Then steam momos for 10 to 12 minutes.

Now remove it from the gas.

Now make red chilli tomato chutni.

First cook tomatoes in a flame then remove from the gas.

Let it cool.

Then take red chillies and soak it for 15 minutes and remove it from water.

Than heat a pan and fry red chillies for 2 minutes

Now take a jar and put in it cooked tomatoes,red chillies, garlic cloves,salt and oil and grind it.

Now serve it hot and enjoy it.
