  1. 300 gliver
  2. 2 clovesGarlic, crushed
  3. 1/2ginger knob, crushed
  4. 1 tspgaram massala
  5. 2onions, chopped
  6. 5 tbsoil
  7. 1 cubebeef stock

    Fry chopped onion until tender

  2. 2

    Add crushed garlic and ginger

  3. 3

    Add liver, beef stock and spice then stir

  4. 4

    Leave to cook while stirring in a low heat
