Soak basmati rice for 1 hour.

In a mixture take coriander and mint. Grind it with the help of little water.

In a pressure cooker take oil and and ghee. Then add cumin seeds to it.

Then add chopped onion and saute for 1 min.

Add chopped tomatoes and again cook for 1 min.

Now add ginger garlic and green chilli paste, turmeric powder,garam masala,salt and coriander paste to it. Saute for 1 min.Add corn to it.

Then add soaked rice to it.

Now add required water and cook till 2 whistle.
