3 cupCooked Rice
Green Onion
1garlic salt to taste
1pepper to taste
1Furikake *Ajii Nori
3/4 cupMayonnaise
1 cupSour Cream
1 packagesImitation Crab
1 packagesShiitake Mushrooms
2 tbspminced garlic

Steps

Cook rice a few hours previously at least 3 hours

After rice is cooled put in 13x9 pan compact tightly, Pour furikake over rice evenly

Mince imitation crab and shiitake mushrooms

In a bowl mix together mayonnaise and sour cream add crab and mushrooms

Preheat oven to broil on high, Pour mixture over rice evenly cover with foil, Broil until browned usually 20 minutes
