Clean the prawns and set aside

In a bowl add finely chopped (white Part and 1 cup green part) of green onion coriander garlic ginger all masalas green chillies aararoot powder and barik rava salt and one tsp oil. Mix well by hand

Add prawns and mix well.

Make a ball if mixture flat with your palms.
- 5
Shallow fry the cutlets on medium flame from both sides.
- 6
Serve with mint coriander dip and sauce.
