Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupbutter
  • 1/2 cuppeanut butter
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  • 1egg
  • 1 1/4 cupflour
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 3/4 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 2 tbspmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven 375

  2. 2

    cream together butter, peanut butter, sugars, vanilla & milk.

  3. 3

    in separate bowl shift together flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt. stir into batter.

  4. 4

    roll into balls and flatten w/ fork w/ sugar into cruss cross pattern. bake 8 - 10 minutes or begin to brown.
