1 bowl me besan, cornflour, garlic paste, jeera powder, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder aur water milakar thick batter taiyar kijiye.

Ab ek pan me oil garam kijiye. batter me soya chunks ko dalkar oil me deep fry kijiye.

Ab ek pan me oil daliye. Sab se pehle usme onion aur green chilli daliye. halka fry hone ke baad capsicum daliye. ab kate hue tomato, ginger paste dalkar achhe se bhun lijiye.

Ab aap soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli sauce, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, lemon juice, sugar dalkar ek minute pakaye. Ab fried soya chunks ko daliye. achhe se masale me mila lijiye. Ek bowl me 1 tsp corn flour or water milakar patla ghol taiyar kar pan me daal de. aur high flame me mix karein.

Apka soya chilli ready hai.. coriander leaves se garnish kar ke roti, naan ke sath serve karein.
