1 tbspOil
8Sausages
4Rashers bacon
1Onion, sliced
2 cloveGarlic
4 largePotatoes, peeled and chunked
1/4 tspSage
1Thyme, fresh sprig
1 cupVegetable stock
400 gramsTomatoes, canned or fresh
1Salt & pepper to season

Steps

Cook sausages for 5 mind in hot oil until golden, remove from heat, slice in half and set aside.

Add bacon and onion, saute, add garlic and remove from heat.

Arrange half the potato in the bottom of the crockpot.

Add the bacon, onion and garlic and sprinkle the sage on top.

Add the other half of the potato and the sausages on top.
6

Pour over the stock and tomatoes, add thyme and cover.
