Steps

Prepare a paste of ginger, garlic, coriander and little green chilli.

Clean the fish pieces and add salt, lemon juice or kokam juice, turmeric, red garam (malvani) masala.

Prepare a mixture of rawa, rice flour and little besan, very little red garam masala.
- 4
Add the fish to the rawa mixture made in step 3
- 5
Heat oil in a fry pan and add the fish to it. Keep gas low and cover the pan for fast cooking.

Once the bottom side is done, turn over.
