Ingredients

30 minutes
4 mini-pies
  • 4eggs
  • 2large slices of pizza
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • Red pepper, to taste (optional)
  • 1 cupmozzarella cheese

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  2. 2

    Cut the pizza into bite sized pieces, set aside.

  3. 3

    Whisk together the eggs and the milk in a medium sized mixing bowl, and set that aside, too.

  4. 4

    Evenly distribute the pizza pieces to 4 mini-pie pans. Add the red pepper. (optional)

  5. 5

    Pour the egg mixture over the pizza pieces. Sprinkle on the cheese.

  6. 6

    Bake for 20m or until the filling is cooked the whole way through.
