Ingredients

  • 200 gmsbroccoli
  • 1/2 cupgreeted carrot
  • 1/4 cupSprouted moong
  • 1/4 cupgreen Pease
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1/4 cupbell pepper
  • 50 gmsMushrooms
  • 50 gmspaneer
  • 1 tspseesam seeds
  • 2 tspseesam oil
  • 10basil leaves
  • to tasteRock salt
  • to tasteChat Masala
  • To tasteBlack pepper powder

Steps

    Take a pan add 2cup of water and allow it comes to a boil then add broccoli 2 minutes cook it in high flame After 2minutes switch off the flame and strain it now in a bowl take some ice cubes add boiled broccoli when broccoli is completely cool down take a kitchen towel dry this boiled and chilled broccoli.
    Now take a bowl mix all vegetables salt,seesam seeds, black pepper powder,and oil also after mix this all ingredients take a serving plate topping some seesam seeds and basil leaves and serve
