Steamed mix veggies
(eggplant,cauliflower,capsicum
1 bowlSweet potato,carrot,pumpkin) -
2 tbspButter -
1 pinchBlack pepper powder -
to tasteSalt -
1 tspLemon juice -
1/2 tspChopped ginger -
1/2 tspChopped garlic -
1/2 tspChopped green chilli -
1 tspMint leaves -

All the veggies cut in cubed and steam it.

Heat butter in a pan.

Add ginger,garlic and green chilli and saute for one mins.

Add blanched vegetables and toss it.

Season with salt and black pepper powder.

Pour lemon juice
