1/4 bowlPomegranate seeds -
1/4 bowlApple cut in cubed -
1/4 bowlSpinach leaves -
1/4 bowlCarrot cut in cubed -
For dressing
1/4 bowlPapaya pulp -
2 tbspLemon juice -
1 tbspSugar -
to tasteSalt -
1 tbspCurd -
1 tspOlive oil -

Heat oil in a pan.

Add sprouted methi and saute for one mins.

Take a bowl add apple juice,pomegranate seeds.spinach leaves and carrot and mix well.

Add dressing in it and mix well.

Serve chilled.
