1/4 cupFresh cream -
2 tbspSugar powder -
1/2 tspRoasted cumin seeds powder -
to tasteSalt -
1 tbspDry nuts (cashew nuts,almonds) -
Chopped fresh fruits(ripe banana
1 bowlapple,grapes,pear) -

Hang the curd in a muslin cloth for one hour then prepared raita.

Whisk the hang curd.

Add roasted cumin seeds powdedr,salt and sugar powder and mix well.

Add mixed fruits and dry nuts and mix well.

Serve chilled.
