Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1small size cauliflower
  2. 2big onion
  3. 2big tamoto
  4. 1big capsicum
  5. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  6. 1 table spoonjeera
  7. 1 table spoonchilli powder
  8. 1 tblspoon corriender powder
  9. 1 tea spoonturmeric
  10. 1 tea spooncumin powder
  11. 1 bunchpalak
  12. Oil
  13. Salt
  14. Coriander for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop gobi palak capcicum onion and tomato

  2. 2

    Boil palak leaves keep aside

    Put oil on pan add jeera ginger garlic paste onion and tomato saute well add some salt and turmeric

    Stir fry gobi with some salt for 4 min in low flame

    Transfer sauted onion tomato and boiled palak to mixer and grind into fine paste

  6. 6

    To a pan add oil capcium and add chilli powder corriender powder cumin powder and salt saute for 3min

    Add water and stir fried gobi.. Mix well.

    Finally serve by adding corriender leaves
