  • 1/2 cupchopped onion
  • 1/2 cupchopped tomato
  • 1/2 cupchopped cucumber
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • To tasteChaat masala

    Moong ko wash Karein or 4 hour water Mein sock Karein

    Moong ko strainer Mein strain Karein

  3. 3

    Ek wet cloth Mein moong ko rakhe or container Mein rakh kar warm place per rakhe

  4. 4

    2 days Mein sprout ready Ho jaye ge

  5. 5

    Sprout moong Mein chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, lemon juice or chaat masala dale or mix Karein

  6. 6

    Sprout salad ready
