Ingredients

15 to 20 mins
6 to 8 serves
  1. 1 litermilk
  2. 5almonds grinded
  3. 5-7cashewnut grinded
  4. 5-7pistachios grinded
  5. as neededRaisins as per your choice (I hav not taken)
  6. 1 1/2 cup or as per your tastesugar
  7. 1/2 spooncardamom powder/Elaichi powder
  8. 3-4strings of kesar for garnishing
  9. 2almonds for garnishing
  10. 1 cuproasted vermicelli

Steps

15 to 20 mins
  1. 1

    Take 1 cup Roasted vermicelli..

  2. 2

    Boil milk in broad pan

  3. 3

    Add vermicelli and all grinded dry fruits

  4. 4

    Stirr continuously on high medium flame

  5. 5

    After 5 miniutes add sugar and Elaichi powder

  6. 6

    Stirr continuously

  7. 7

    In 15 miniutes it's cooked..

    Take out in bowl

    Garnish with kesar and almonds
