Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 5 dlcream
  2. 50 gsugar
  3. 1vanilla stick
  4. 1 tbsdark rum
  5. 3plates gelatin

Steps

  1. 1

    Lay gelatin on cold waterbath

  2. 2

    Heat cream to boiling point and take it off from heat.

  3. 3

    Add sugar, rum, vanilla and gelatin and stir till it dissolves.

  4. 4

    Pour in glass and refrigeratefor 3 hours

  5. 5

    Garnish with berries
