
Chicken Fingers with Honey Mustard

Blend honey and mustard in a small bowl and set side.

Mix flour, salt. and pepper in a shallow bowl.

Dip chicken into milk then roll in flour mixture.

Place onto wax paper.

Place oil into skillet and heat up on medium/high. Drop a cube of bread in oil and when it turns brown the oil is ready.

Divide chicken into batches. Place chicken into oil and fry for 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crisp.

Drain on paper towel and serve with honey mustard.
