Cheese manicotti with spinach

Heat oven to 375°F. Cook manicotti noodles as directed on box. Rinse with cool water.

In medium bowl, stir together 1.5 cups of the Italian or mozerella cheese, ricotta cheese, spinach, garlic, and egg.

In bottom of a 13x9 glass baking pan, spread one cup of the pasta sauce. Spoon ricotta mixture into manicotti noodles. Place noodles on sauce in dish. Pour remaining sauce over manicotti.

Cover tightly with foil. Bake 30 minutes or until sauce is bubbling. Uncover dish, sprinkle with remaining cheese, and bake uncovered 5 minutes.

If you desire meat, cook it up and place in cheese mix. Cook rest of instructions.
