Steps

Peel and cut black carrots into juliens.
- 2
Take a big pitcher or glass bottles and put carrot and water into it.
- 3
Now add ground mustard seeds,salt, tumeric pdr and chilli pdr.

Keep it in the direct sun for 3 days.When sour and fermented take 1 glass of ready kanji
- 5
Keep rest of the kaanji in the fridge for further use.

Serve before meals.

Carrots can be used in salads.
