Steps

Mix the corn flour/starch with 700ml of cool water in a pot.

Place the pot on a heat and set it on medium low.

Stir till is formed.onces you stop you will see lumps.

Pour water by the sides and cover to simmer for 10minutes.

Mix the agidi with the water and is ready.

Cook the goat meat with pressure pot and intense heat for an 1hour goat meat is usually hard.

Pour back in a normal pot,add all the ingredients:uziza seed,uda seed,salt,fresh pepper,peppersoup spice,Maggi cubes and cook it for 8minutes.

Cut the scent leaf and put inside stir and put of the heat after 1minute.
