1Large potato
1/2 tspChilli powder
1/2 tspCoriander powder
1 pinchChat masala
as requiredSalt
3-4 tspOil
as requiredWater

Cut potato into cubes

In a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, onion, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt
3

Add potato and fry it in the oil for 15 min
4

Just sprinkle some water on potato cover it with the lid
5

Now add chat masala and garnish it with coriander leaves
