Soak daal for 3 to 4 hours in winters and 2 hours I summer

Blend and make paste of udah dal, moong dal, ginger

Add chopped green chilli and fresh corriender, kaju and raisins... To the batter

Add salt and keep steering for 5 to 7 mins.. Add little water if required. The batter should neither be thin nor thick...

NOTE - Pakode wale batter se thick hona cahiye vada ka batter

Heat oil and fry at medium flame

After frying put the vadas in water and soak for 15 20 mins

Then press little with hands..squeeze extra water

Blend curd add sugar salt bhuna Jeera powder red Chilli powder and mix well

Dip the vadas in curd and plate them..

Put imli chutney. Bhuna Jeera powder.. Red Chilli powder and Pudhina powder
