Steps

Soak dal & rice seperately in water overnight. In rice mix methi dana also.
In the morning drain water from dal & grind it in mixer with very little water till smooth paste. Take it out in a big bowl. - 2
Now take rice drain water & grind it also with very little water to a smooth paste.
Mix both of them in the same bowl. - 3
Let it sit for 2 hrs....on warm place...
Now add baking soda to it & mix well. Let it rest for 1 hr... - 4
Now add salt...red chilli powder & mix well.
Now add veggies to it & mix well. Add coriander leaves & mix well. - 5
Heat tawa. Drizzle little oil on it.
Pour a ladlefull of batter on it & spread with it. Cook on slow flame till it puff up a little & the top dries up a little & holes appear on it....now change the side & cook for few sec...& then high the flame & cook till both sides are golden. - 6
Serve with tomato ketchup.
