Steps

Cut the chicken to small pieces or according to your preference

Heat oil then deep fry till golden brown and crunchy. Allow to cool

Add the onions in the cooking pot and add a little oil. Then add tomatoes and cabbage mixed with carrots

Add a pinch of salt and cover to simmer for 5 min. Do not overcook or it will loose it's taste

Prepare Ugali then serve the food with the chilli pepper
