Thickly slice the mushrooms

Heat oil in medium saucepan. Add onion and pepper, stir occasionally for 5-6 mins.

Add coriander, cumin, chilli powder and garlic. Cook for 3mins

Add mushrooms and tomato puree, stir into mixture

Sprinkle water over the mix, cover and cook on low heat for 10 mins, stir occasionally.

If sauce is runny cook uncovered until required consistancy is attained

Serve and sprinkle with chives
